First Phase of Mazaya’s Queue Point Project Complete

The Queue Point project has already seen an influx of residents seeking reasonably priced property that does not compromise on quality.

An integrated residential project, San Francisco-inspired Queue Point development is targeted at the mid-income sector and offers luxury yet affordable living in the fast growing and increasingly popular Liwan development. Kele Contracting has entered into a renewed agreement with Al Mazaya Real Estate for the completion and handover of two new phases of the prominent Queue Point project at Liwan.

According to Kele CEO Andrew Elias, their current contract for Phases 1 to 3 of the works comprises of 13 buildings, is set to be completed within the coming months. In addition a further two buildings, forming phase 4, will be handed over in the first quarter of 2014.

Speaking about the project, Elias said, “The pulse of Dubai’s real estate market has picked up considerably and the demand for quality mid-level apartments is strong, making Queue Point a project uniquely suited to meet this demand. Kele is committed to delivering the high standard product it is known for and we look forward to completing the project on schedule.” He went on to add that Kele had also further been awarded the contracts for Phase 5 and 6 which comprise the construction of another twelve residential buildings.

Located near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road on the Al Ain road, Queue Point includes a number of multi-purpose buildings interspersed with areas of greenery and waterfalls. Properties range between 5 to 10 floors and have been designed to meet the needs of various sectors and segments of the community.

Kele Contracting specializes in construction management and contracting as well as value engineering, interior fit-out and design-and-build projects. It was established in the UAE in 2005 as a joint venture between Australian firm Kele International Holdings and local player Enshaa.
